The festive season of Durga Puja called for a Quick Impromptu Meet for the Kolkata BHPians !! What better place than the heritage residence of Anirban Mukherjee (dearly known as Babul Da) to feast on the Saptami Khichuri Bhog on the occasion of their 198th Year In House customary Puja. It was a totally different experience to be there on the auspicious day of Saptami and feast on the sumptuous Bengali Dishes that were dedicatedly prepared as offerings to the Goddess. All I can say is that we Felt Blessed !!

Guys all I can say is "my hard luck". I was in Kolkata from 18 Oct to 14 Nov but could not attend any of the meets. By the way I've changed my number. I guess AJ couldn't inform me because of that. Anyways great to see the Bhpians get together and lovely pics.

It's always awesome to catch up. Sadly missed the Sunday (Day 2) Meet since I was travelling and missed the opportunity to catch up with BHPian 'Red Panda', the new entrant to the group. There is always a next time.

However, I met up with BHPian Samba on Sunday, the 22nd of November 2015 in Dhuliyan on NH-34. He was on his way back to Kolkata from a Vacation in North Bengal & Sikkim and apparantly I was in Dhuliyan for work. Cherished some local food - Tandoori Roti with Chutney. A Team-BHP Micro Mini Meet Sharing the picture :

13th of December 2015 : An impromptu "Chai & Kachori Meet" at Saltlake Sharma Tea House

BHPian PredatorWheelz (from Delhi) was in town for some work and he graced the occasion with his presence. Actually this meet was indeed planned so that everyone could catch up with him. Sharing some pictures :

Seeing the frequent (weekly) updates on this this thread, now it seems like i have to buy a flat near Rajarhat, New town! Staying 30 kms away from there, am missing out on most of the meets! Specially the midnight meets!

I moved to Kolkata in October thinking that I could be part of these meets. As ill luck would have it, I was sent to the rapidly deteriorating garden city again :( . Wish to meet you guys soon!!

Now I have a back breaking drive of almost 90kms of lunar surface everyday, and my back is feeling the fun :(

Would have loved to be part of the Kolaghat Meet. When did it take place? I was informed about the impromptu Sunday morning meet at Salt Lake on 13th Dec by Sumitro (BlackPearl), but could not join due to some constraints. Was not aware of the Kolaghat meet, though!

Look forward to meeting you guys soon in the next meet.
