But thanks to you and PapaBravo for being with me. You, driving the City, which is a very fast car for its segment, would have reached the horizon far ahead and vanished in no time, 120 is definitely nothing for your ride, yet I appreciate the thoughtfulness, in being with me. Like wise for one of the hottest hatches to drive these days, the Brio. Thanks Again to both of you.

The green Aveo U-VA looked elegant especially with those rims. So was the sound from its ICE.

Aveo/U-VA is a very understated machine to look at, being designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro it boasts styling that is ageless and very European (In this aspect I find it almost at par with the Punto, but note the stress is on the "almost" part!). They shouldn't have brought in this Sail thing at all. The green paint shade looks perfectly right on it.

So much attention would probably go to her head and hopefully she wouldn't respond with "nakhra's" the next time I take her for a drive!

But having said that, it was great of you to bring in your Goldie. The more you run an older car, the charm is, that you start learning about, not only your own car but all cars in general, not to mention the special bonding that develops. Get her fully restored, but keep her original.

Anirban da I really do hope that she doesn't respond with her nakhras on her next drive but I really do want to see your ever beloved Rampiari to be a hell of a smoker. The more I see her the more I start loving her.

The word's about Goldie are just spot on. The more I drive him the more I start loving him for what he does. Just yesterday I climbed down of a side road which is so steep that my brother and his friends got the daylights scared out of them whilst Goldie managed it with aplomb. It was almost comparable with the steep climbs the jeeps managed to come down. That will give you an idea of the steepness. I and Goldie were enjoying it full on whilst those people were thinking like as if I'm a lunatic. But yes,the more I drive him the more I understand him his issues his limits and most importantly Goldie has been the learning curve of the little knowledge I've gained about cars in general. That's what has created a bond so special that even my girlfriend gets irked with the bond stating that I don't give her even half the attention and love I shower on Goldie. Now beat that!!


Now that's what a bond means to us petrolheads.
