How about an open space on the left hand side where there is a huge parking space next to the train station while going towards necklace road from Imax side? I think it would be ideal and it wont be crowded on Saturday, if we meet lil early say around 6'sh

Proposed date:on 2nd December - Saturday( i propose 2nd, quite often it is found that people are excited on saturday evening rather than on sunday evening).. all you working guys know what i mean.

Proposed time: 7:00pm (IST) its ' indian standard time ' not ' indian stretchable time ' .

Proposed Venue: I-max. we have a McD there, also have morr, and lots of things around (_a_s included).

i'd say avoid IMax... too crowded and that too on a saturday evening...yeesh! equal feelings for necklace road.

what you guys need is a quite parking lot, where u can sit around ur vehicles, look at each others faces and chat around.

you can go to KBR park, second parking lot. thats opposite sony world. Actually thats the spot we use for RD meets, but nowadays prefer the peace and quite of any one of the guys home or parking lots where we can sit and have a decent discussion.

I have no issues coming to KBR park, I live close by. It may be a little too far for people coming from sec'bad.

regarding venue: -

sat @ imax: it is too crowded so dont think of it if quiet many people are turning up, no place for parking.

necklace road : cops cops.. i had a bike meet there (xbhp) not a good place for a meet for cars as well.

Kbr : best place u wanna have it , 2nd parking lot at kbr park.. if still you guys are facing problems.... i got another location.. thing is .. its at bowenpally or shamirpet but i think kbr should be the best place for now or contact me

timing :- 6:00 pm is better timing i think so... caz v say 6:00 pm ppl turn up at 7: 00 pm (german standard timing) . thats what hyderabad is famous for !

so a earlier timing the better i think so... so count me in +2 or 3 along wid me, please do keep me updated.
