You are quite right. But it is always better to keep as many things as possible under your own control in order to avoid last minute disasters. Have been overlooking 1000s of t-shirts get made every year in my department, thanks to the marketing/branding field I got myself into.

So, I just had a meeting with the vendor. Few points :

The logo will not be having the "Redlining the indian automotive scene",because on a 4 inch logo, it becomes illegible.

Suggestions required whether to write TEAM-BHP.COM or TEAM-BHP only. e.g.

Total Cost would be approx Rs. 260.00

Sorry cr4nkshaft but design wont be possible in this short time. Also, they said it would not look as good as it looks in the picture.

Would again ask if somebody can provide a high res logo for TBHP & LTD. I have an ad agency which works for us who can do this, But they would charge a lot.

I agree to the fact that it would be cumbersome to fit those lines in 4 inch logo.

Also, my take would be to go with the text "TEAM-BHP" only. But surely it would be the decision of the majority.

I also believe only TEAM-BHP would look better. Also, the font will become bigger for the same 4 inch size.

And as for the hi-res logos, a quick search in google images got me a few medium res pictures of the same. Have a look at them.

Going by the headcount above, we are sure to have one of the largest meets Kolkata chapter has ever seen.
