@ Samba: I have shifted to Uniworld City in Rajarhat. Hence, I will meet the gang at Rabindra Tirtha itself. Will be there early to ensure that parking isn't a problem.

Some suggestions to the new members and non members:

1. Please read the following thread (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/team-b...able-meet.html) in detail. Since this is a big group, we don't want any confusion

2. Regarding all those that have ordered T shirts, please do make it a point just to attend even if you don't want to stay for the entire meet. Folks have taken a lot of effort to get tees made and we don't want to see any go without takers

3. Please "Drive Safe"& responsibly. We will be having big groups coming in from various directions. Try and avoid racing down stretches of road or reckless moves on fellow members cars

Seems that this is going to be one of the biggest Teambhp meets ever and lets ensure we enjoy the meet and let others enjoy it too.

With this large a group, that point wont be sufficient, however there are some nice open roads on the side of Ecospace now.

However one aspect of the meet that is not very clear, despite the elaborate meeting point descriptions, is that once at the destination, what do we do? Ofcourse we collect the T-shirts, but then?

This is quite large a group with lots of folks who would meet each other the first time, so the chances of not-hitting it off right away are great.

Anyways, some people are planning a drive to AHD post the meeting point and T-shirt collection!!

Thanks Premjit. In addition to the above,

1. Please do not be shy and try to interact with as many people as you can, That is the whole purpose of the meet.

2. Please do not break the convoy & overtake unnecessarily. Drive very safe.

3. Volunteer and share any fact/info that would benefit others.

4. For t-shirts, we have opted for cash payment. The amount would be Rs. 280 per pc.

I had to google Rabindra Tirtha although I stay 0.5 Kms from it. Narkelbagan is much simple.

Aah!! Apart from meeting so many fellow bhpians, the "most important" part of the meet!
What is CC1? I presume AHD= Azad Hind Dhaba!! Also, which AHD? I hope, its not the one is that Sector V area!

CC1 would be City Center 1 mall in Salt Lake

AHD would be Azad Hind Dhaba, Gopalpur, on NH2

Can we have the names for those who are heading to Azadhind? As Those who are planning to drive to Azadhind will have double break fast one at CC1 and again at Azadhind?

Just an option for people going to Azadhind can directly go to Azadhind skipping cc1! That can save some time! Instead we can increase our meet time a bit at Rajarhat meeting point?

Agree with Samba!
The option of breakfast at CC1 or at Azad Hind Dhaba, will disperse/split the group.
So, before the group splits up (the epic group as it is), I feel an extended meet time at the Ecospace(Rajarhat) meeting point, will do good.

IMHO a change in venue at this stage might inconvenience many among our fellow Bhpians. The information regarding this meeting has spread widely, and, initially in this thread, a few among us had agreed to attend only if this is held in Rajarhat. The idea was distribution of t-shirt at meet, interact with each other, a big photo session, & then slowly proceed to City Center One, Salt lake, for breakfast.

After that, depending on the general mood, we may go ahead and proceed toward Azad Hind Dhaba. Opinion please.
