Hi,

Would start by thanking planet rocker for the Tips .

Its been long since we had our last meet, almost 6+ months. I have been checking the meet section for quite some time for some new thread to come up. Finally after a long wait I decided to make one myself. (This happens to be my first thread as well).

First of all, posting some points that were discussed in the last few posts of the previous thread.

• Date almost finalized on Sunday, 3rd August as per everyone's availability. The same can be changed if bhpians vote to.

• Distribution of TBHP T-shirts.

• Like last time, meet to be held at Rajarhat.

T-shirts :


For T-shirts would like to get your inputs regarding the design. Where does the TBHP logo go ? Where does the Kolkata Chapter text go ? Any design input. The T-shirt preferred would be Black, 225 gsm collared one. It should cost approx Rs. 250-300. Time-line would be as follows :


Last date of design finalization : 20th Jul 2014


Last date of requesting a t-shirt : 24th Jul 2014


PMs would be sent to all Kolkata members. If in Case some one is missed out please forward the same from your end to maximize strength.



The format for confirmation of meet would be :


Name/Vehicle/T-shirt size.

PS : I would be travelling from 20th to 24th with intermittent access to internet. Would fellow bhpian Samba to help out with the planning for these 4 days.


PPS : This is the first time I am planning a meet. Any help/tips regarding the same will be highly appreciated.

PapaBravo, that was not the last meet, the last meet you should have remembered was at AHD and was an awesome one, check the last t-bhp kolkata meet thread

Just one thing i got confused whats the relation with the vehicle? Will you print the car model in the Tshirt too or its like which vehicle are we going to bring for the meet? Just asked this because many Bhpian's over here have more than one vehicle so they can decide in the last moment which one to bring. Or we have to confirm before?

As long as its a Sunday am always in for the meets hoping no urgent work will come up.

I will definitely try my best to spread the meet update to every Bhpain at Kolkata i know.

No. Wouldn't mention anything regarding the Vehicle on the T-shirt. I was just following the format I noticed in other meet threads. Not mentioning Vehicle in the post is no problem at all.
