See guys this is why I posted my idea on the thread I think this amount of stuff is sufficient but I might be wrong. You guys have the numbers including people attending who drinks what etc. etc. now you guys need to scratch your heads & point out if I have too less or too much of something.

Dude I think we need to increase the quantity of water to maybe 18 bottles....Dunno about the metabolism of drinkers but we non-drinkers tend to get extremely thirsty after having non-veg. food

I'll get the following:

Coke - 6x2
Sprite - 2x2
Water - 18 bottles
Orange Juice - 4 litres
Potato Chips - 6 big packs (3 flavours)

And in case you guys decide to take the surajkund-gurgaon-MG rd. route just keep in mind that the distance would almost be twice compared to the other route via meharuli

Ok there's a slight problem if i (or any of us reaching the venue at 6) get the drinks - The drinks won't get chilled in time.

Assuming there's a refrigerator at the farmhouse, and assuming some of us(speedo?) are going to be reaching the farmhouse arnd 3-4pm to make the arrangements for the bbq,etc.it would make more sense for that person to get the drinks....(too many assumptions in this theory)

Else iraghava can you carry the drinks along with you in your ice box ?

Otherwise I'll get the drinks but then I am not sure if we'll be having 'COLD' drinks after all!

Hey don't worry I'll be getting Ice cubes so we can all use them to chill our drinks.
