Yeah will do that I think we should have a confirmed number by Thursday/Friday and you can arrange the stuff accordingly.

Oh Man there will be jealousy all around!!! And why only Chicken why not Mutton stuff yaar?? A Team-BHP Meat without Meat is simply not done yaar

Speedofreak is in charge of the BBQ and is going to make all arrangements. If he needs any help he's going to ask us - right Faheem??
I'm also hoping he's an expert cook alongside Gunbir otherwise I'll have to don the cap!! In any case if it doesn't work out regarding the cook then we'll rely on Mrs. Singha as a backup plan

Edit: Hey just remembered Sam is also an excellent cook maybe he'll like to don the cap for a while. Maybe we can make it into a team effort!!

Ok guys lots of confirmations are now coming in.

One factor now remains to be decided. This was posted by LBM that do we now meet at Surajkund or do we meet directly at the farm house?? This needs to be decided by Thursday so we can update all the confimed participants with the final program.

well ......it would be Chicken,Mutton Seekh Kababs ,Paneer Tikka ..................Mutton seekh kababs needs Quiet an expertise ,i will get a professional(no sanjeev kapoor.......as in my local "Galee ka larka") for that.....

and what about some Home made Desserts like Phirni,Shahi tukra,Soufflé.....to mitigate the Spices ...huh?.....Anyone there ......who is willing to arrange this

Hey, All I can tell you guys is that it will be about 4-5 kms from Tivoli Garden gate !! I will get the exact spot in a day or so ...

And as for the food , lets not have too many items on the menu coz then it will just get complicated managing all that !! Keep it simple .... Just make sure there is plenty of alcohol . And that reminds me , pls tell me which whisky is wanted so that I can get it from the canteen .

And one more thing Khaadu just in case we have an issue (god forbid) at your venue then I have managed to arrange a backup farm house belonging to a T-bhpian. He's agreed to let us use it if we want. Just for an emergency situation & its located in Chhatarpur only!

Arrey this is a super duper excellent meet. Khaana, Peena and loads of friends. This is absolutely exciting.
I'm with you guys all the way and I don't think, khaadu, we will be finishing early under any circumcisions. (heh heh, this is what whisky does) I intend to drink and enjoy till late.
Baaki bacha, I will bring some soft music, background music, not LBM's dhamaal in my ears. I'll bring my iPod and little iPod onstage speaker. 5 days to go. Yay!

See this is what i like about Dilli. The khaana peena was well in place before the location. Priorities are very clear here.
And speedobaba, is getting a person to do the bbq. Wah wah, this is gonna really rock.
