I think that's a good idea TSk. But I think we should meet around 4pm at Surajkund & then leave for Chhatarpur by 6, so we can reach in time for the BBQ!! The drive's gonna take us a minimum of 25-30 mins even on a sunday. Those who find it too far can join us around 6:30 at the farm house directly.

Any suggestions from the other participants?

Ishan, if this plan is final, 4pm at surajkund location, and then to BBQ, I will add it to the title post by tomorrow night. Meanwhile all members who want to attend BBQ and Drive, or only one of the two and dont know where or how to come, post it here. One convoy will start from Noida area. Members coming from South delhi can pool in together etc., If any member feels that he is staying far away from any of these areas and has nobody to tag along with, please post it here, we will find a rendezvous point for you.
But take care, that if you want to get along with a covoy from a particular location, you will need to reach the departure point on time.

Khaadu, as someone mentioned, a lot of this is dependant on what the parking scene is at the farmhouse....will we have space for so many cars or do we need to pool????

iraghava this is a fine idea we all could meet up at surajkund and then go to the khaadu place it will be a great Idea.......whats say .........

That's a good idea TSK but make sure people who pool up are ready to leave at the same time as everyone else. Otherwise we might have a problem.

East Delhi means noida side, the best way is to meet the Noida fellas. I will be coming from noida. So we can fix up a location. Once we collate all info we can post cell phone numbers of one person from each area for synching up.
