A suggestion : Petrolheads residing in and around South & Central Kolkata, it would be better if the meeting point is shifted to Opposite the PORSCHE Showroom in front of the Ganges Ford Showroom instead of Park Circus as the flyover work is under process and the area is in a mess at the moment.

AJ-got-BHP, I totally agree with you. In fact, it is better if the preliminary meet point is set as you suggested, because the available space is much more there, and the Traffic Police does not let anyone park or wait near the flyover. Also, waiting in Darga Road may not be possible due to it being narrow with heavy vehicular movement. Although, that day being a Sunday, parking should not be a bother.

Updating the final plan once again if any one has any confusion.

7am meet at Rabindratirtha.

From there at 7-30am we will move to the place where last years Team bhp monsoon meet was held. Its a 2-3 minutes drive from Rabindratirtha.
T-Shirts will be distributed over there by Papa Bravo (Pawab Bajpai)
We can have a small gathering over here for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Around 9am those have time can drive to Azadhind Nh2 for break fast and those who have other commitments can turn back. The drive to Azadhind is optional. The Team Bhp meet is at Rabindratirtha.

For those who do not know the location of Rabindratirtha can come to any of the below location and call up the person whose phone number is shared.

Starting from Jodhpur Park, I am a bit scared of the present state of the Park Circus connector + approach to use it this time and will be going via Kalikapur (Avishtika). If there is anyone else in the vicinity please pm me and we can leave for Avishtika together and meet up with navsjab there.
