ADVISORY: :rules:

On the premise of "better safe than sorry", permit and forbear with me, to subject particpants to a litany of sorts.

Participants must understand and accept that:

1. there are risks involved in participating in this type of Event and they are prepared for any eventuality.

2. it is a drive on Indian roads and can therefore be dangerous.

3. each is individually responsible for everything he/she does and the Organiser/s & Team BHP accept NO responsibility whatsoever.

4. they must not compete at any level with each other or other road users.

5. they must drive with care and attention for their own safety and the safety of others at all times.

6. it is the sole responsibility of each, to ensure that their documents (DL, RC, LTT, PUCC, IC) are in order and carried in original.

7. the documents must be valid from the beginning, up to and including, the last day of the Drive.

8. it is one's own call to ensure the suitability of the season and their respective rides. Gear and accessories must supplement
individual comfort zones and the wherewithal to take on challenging drive conditions like bad roads, inclement weather,
breakdowns, detours, etc.

9. they shall carry their own first aid kit, personal medication, snacks and water as expedient.

10. all arrangements are made on best effort basis.

11. participation advance once paid cannot be refunded due to prior commitment to service providers.

12. by participating, you uncondtionally confirm being on the same page in terms of this advisory.

Thanks a lot RSUDARSANAN for organizing this drive. The 2013 "rain challenge twisty drive to Ooty" was one of the bets drives I have ever been on, and really enjoyed that one. And of course, really excited about this sequel as well, and looking forward to this.

Awesome - I have already booked for the same weekend in Ooty at Destiny Farm Stay! And then noticed this thread :D While I am unable to cancel and reschedule my trip, good news is, I will be part of this overnighter but just a different resort stay! I will be catching you (err, say spotting!) en-route for sure. :thumbs up

Since, I am traveling to Bombay this weekend(for a wedding), I will not be able to join you guys.

Sir is it possible to be part of this meet for a day?

Since I am travelling to a different location on Sunday, I will not be able to make for the 2 day's meet, but I would be overwhelmed if I can make it up for only Saturday, i.e. 11th July,2015 - a day's drive. Probably many others would also be interested for a day's drivelol:
