I would definitely like to join...will be my first TBHP Kolkata Chapter Meet. Am looking forward to meet all the guys for a long time. However, I will need to arrange my work schedule a bit.

Hence, a few questions...

1. When is the last date for final confirmation?
2. Is family included...I plan to bring my better half and my 6 yr old daughter.
(It will be a first for them too!!)
3. Any particular things I need to know ...regarding planning of the trip /timings/ finances etc.

Could I PM someone for exact details ? Any pointers will be welcome.

There is no need to confirm, if you can manage your work schedule just drop in at the meeting point. You can bring your family. As far as I know, it is going to be an in-city meet, so there is no need to plan for anything. However, like previous years, a few guys might go for a long drive after the meet. So you can join if you want.

The backend team is working hard to make this event as successful as last winter event. The meeting point for breakfast has been fixed at Yule Tea Lounge, inside Eco park. The owner of this place is also an old BHPian and has offered us a good discount. The menu is given below. The approximate cost for this will be Rs. 200/- per head.
