Kolkata community has always been big .
Some people individually took up post meet drives to Kolaghat / AHD, however there was no planned ones.

24.07.2016 : TEAM BHP MONSOON MEET of the KOLKATA CHAPTER

@ The Yule Cafe, ECOPARK - New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata

What a turnout !! The best so far that I have seen, ever. A big vote of thanks to everyone who was Behind the Scenes and did a fantastic job in order to organize such a fantastic meet It was a pleasure to catch up with so many BHPian brothers (some old and some new) under one roof where only a common passion was discussed. The ones who missed it, there absence was sincerely felt and it would have been wonderful to have you around. There is always a next time.

The Icing on the cake was the gracious presence of our very own BHPian JKDS at the Meet who by chance happened to be in Kolkata; had flown down from Delhi the previous evening. Admire your spirit brother to have taken the initiative to attend the meet !!

The Figo(s) specially had a lot of fun at the Venue which needs a special mention. They dusted the roads and did make some good noise and caught the attention of many trespassers too. Sharing some pictures :

Excellent meet guys !! and Neil was a fabulous host. And yes, I did the customary Kolaghat trip after this , and returned with stonechips in my brake disc and a ruptured rear left :(

A very joyful and memorable experience! Excellent company and kudos to the folks at Yule Tea Lounge for their heart warming hospitality. Met many new and some really old acquaintances. Thanks for putting up all the amazing snaps here. Eagerly looking forward to the next episode.

At one point, we drag raced! First it was Samba vs Arav(AJ) and their cars were neck to neck for most part of the strip. Then I was challenged by Arunasish(lovecars21) and needless to mention I was lagging by a good 200 meters or so by the end.

I would love to have the photos of me herding cattle by way of honking and flashing at them.

The front left brake started smoking when we started reaching the first toll plaza on our way back and rectified by itself when I believe the stone dislodged itself right at the speed breaker after the toll plaza, and I noticed the flat tyre on reaching home- but the puncture was so bad, that I had to replace the tyre. But no safety issues- thank God.

We can totally do that, but such things needs to be planned well in advance as one needs to plan the leaves and all. Lets see how many are interested.
