Team-BHP - Team-BHP Kolkata Winter Meet 2017

Hello BHPians,

We are closing the previous declared thread for Team-BHP Kolkata Winter Meet, 2016 - To Borong, South Sikkim!.

As the weather in December at the said location will be extremely cold for a family get-together, we have planned a change in the venue to a near by location this time. We will organize an outing at this beautiful location for our next summer meet.

For the present venue, we have chosen Shantiniketan for an over-night meet.

Date:- 14th & 15th Jan 2017

Place:- WBTDC- Shantiniketan Tourist Lodge

Location:- The Map

Rates:
- Standard Cottage - Rs. 2000/- (9 Cottages available)
- Deluxe Cottage - Rs. 2500/- (5 Cottages available)
- Accommodation for 2 Adults with one kid upto 12 yrs, including breakfast.
- Additional adult without bed 20% & with bed 30% will charge extra.

Those who don't want to participate in the night meet, can plan for the day meet at Azad Hind Dhaba - Gopalpur,

Day Meeting point -
- Our day meeting point will be at Azad Hind Dhaba - Gopalpur.
- Time - 8 AM
- Date - 14th Jan 2017 for breakfast

Then we will start the convoy from there till the Shantiniketan Tourist Lodge.

15% Discount on above mentioned price has been offered by WBTDC to TeamBHP this time.

We need to confirm the bookings to Mr. Murugan (WBTDCL) by the end of this month. So please confirm your participation by 30th November 2016.
