The off-roadies. Yes, you are right more girls than boys who enjoyed a three hour off-road driving and were back in one piece. Of course, they did come back with some bruises but great memories as well. The jeep is well hidden by the team

The yeti being readied to be pushed as the battery got drained due to a human error of leaving the chiller on through two nights. Chief expression saying "what all I have to go through with these kids. Can't even take care of their machines."

I had stayed at the same hotel in May-2016. Hotel has a superb location advantage and the views are breathtaking.

It’s an eloquent testimony to the participants’ camaraderie so vital to the fun quotient of the drive.

Procrastination is the thief of time.
So it was with this concluding note, meant to cover day 2.
So better late than never...
The afternoon saw a jeep safari, an off roading of sorts and the evening a Kalaripayetu show.

The hills came alive with the sound of growling engines of the Mahindra kind and the enthusiastic banter of an energetic bunch of overnighters.
A quaint remix of the “Von Trapp family” full of song and dance.
