Ala Carte is going to be a major pain when we have more than 20 people. It might be a bit cheaper but for the greater good, I suggest we stick to one single buffet plan and enjoy our time together there moving between tables and meeting people.

This is just my opinion though and I'm happy to follow whatever the majority insist.

If everyone is ok with it, I suggest moving the venue to Food Pyramid. BLR guys are anyway driving/riding 350 kms, an extra 50 kms should not matter.

Again, I say this from the comfort of driving a car and I will defer to the opinion of the bikers for whom it is physically more strenuous. But given that we can all be assured of safe and secure parking, I dont htink it's a problem. Last time I met with ironhawk and Crazy Driver at a BP Kamat, they had a tough time keeping the crowds away from their bikes.

In any case, the venue is decided for now.

Secondly, you should just give your NEFT details and everyone should make the payment to you. I am ready to do it immediately.

Let us all make the payment to you directly.

And let's not talk of cancelling the meet. That starts a very negative thought process... That's the easiest thing to do. You've conducted a lot of meets and you know that this is the toughest part of conducting a meet.... So, threatening to cancel it doesnt sound good coming from an experienced organiser like you.

Just give your account details and make the booking for how many peopl confirm their attendance by putting money where their mouth is.
And anyone else confirming after the cut-off date has to make the payment first and then put their name down.

That is what RSUDARSANAN does and he's by far the best organiser I've met when it comes to coordinating meets with strangers.

The streets are a bit too busy and considering the exotics, owners need to be really mindful. DVR is slightly inside the town, but Suraj Grand is right near the corner which takes you to the highway. Comparing both, DVR looks to be a better choice.

It's more like 80Kms extra one way for the Bangalore folks. But people who have been to Food Pyramid would be happier doing that bit extra for that kind of secure parking space.

I second this. I'm in for UPI/Paytm/BHIM/NEFT and the ilk. If you could share it over pm then it'd be great.

About the location, another 80 km extra wouldn't be a big add for people who are already traveling 350+ kms.

@Bangalore folks, we should also decide a suitable meet and greet time after the Airport toll. Please suggest timings.

I am ok with that. But, 3 things

1. Let us wait for a reconfirmation from rest of the Bangalore guys

2. A few Hydeez riders showed disinterest as they are NOT BHPians and have little interest to meet Petrol heads and they signed up in first place thinking its going to be a motorcycle meet....So I need to double check who all are still interested in this Bike + Car Meet

3. I need to speak to Food Pyramid if they can do a buffet for us which I will do after # 1 and #2 is cleared up
