Mumbai-Pune Mega Meet - 20th Jan, 2018

Would love to join this one, preferrably on Sunday, 21-01-2018. Shall be free from VAT audits (due date 15-01-2018) and GSTR-3B (due date 20-01-2018). Also, have a marriage function to be attended in Pune on 20-01-2018. So, I shall be joining in.

Finally a Mumbai-Pune Mega meet, I have voted for 21st Jan, as I prefer a Sunday Meet.
I guess once the word spreads more can join in.

please finalise the Date ASAP so that you can start taking confirmations from everyone.

Would love to be a part of this one.

Chalk my name on the board, if the final date ends up being either 13th or 14th Jan.

I shall be in Ahmedabad on 9th & 10th Jan for a conference, so the earlier dates suit me.

Also, I need to be back to work by 16th Jan at the latest.

Had previously voted for Saturday 20th. But as luck turns out will be returning on that date. So it turns out to be the only date I am not in Mumbai. If possible mods is it possible to shift my vote? Thanks.

I think it is about time we locked in a date in Jan and inform all who want to join in.

That way most can plan their monthly schedule in advance.

In that case 20th Jan seems to be a winner.

I would love it however, there will be families and some kids too. If they are ok with then it can be an evening meet.

Otherwise afternoon will be safe option.

We can start by sending our numbers on PM for a whats app group where all those for 20th Jan 2017 can PM the number to coordinator and take a call on time.

I remember the last meet at Tony's had started late evening and continued well into the night. Some had brought along their better halves too.

You do have a point, but then if one wants to leave after meeting and eating, one might be able to leave early.

Also if a large crowd is expected, food ordering option needs to be looked at, too. Table wise or member wise, a la carte or fixed menu etc.
