I am in for the 21-01-2018 meeting, if that 's the date.

With the dates so close, I suggest we go with the majority choice and start thinking about other parts.

Will it be a lunch meet or dinner meet?
Will the food be a la carte or common menu and pooled funds?

Interesting thought, we haven't had back-to-back meets to best of my memory.
8 persons voted for both 20th & 21st, this still leaves sizeable number of persons for meet on 21st. If you are 100% committed, please go ahead with meet on 21st as well & associated planning.

Asking same question again, please read first post of the thread.

Next steps & update:

We will get multiple tables in a section of dhaba
Food ordering (Veg & Non-veg) will be a la carte & folks part of table will settle bill by contribution
Let's meet at 'Sheetal da dhaba' by 12:30pm.
Gathering point:
Pune folks can gather at Shell, Wakad (technically Tathawade) by 11/11:15am. (contact:sukiwa)
Mumbai folks can gather at Palm beach road by 10:30am. (contact:blackwasp)
Please start posting rides & if someone wants to car pool

I'm afraid I'll have to drop out guys. Cannot make it on Saturday as I am returning from outstation that day. I had selected Sun 21/1 for that reason.

Not sure if I will be able to join for this Mega Meet as I have a 6-day work schedule so Saturday is a working day for me.

Fortunately, there are plenty of bhpians at my workplace so will check with them and update. If possible, we would consider leaving early from work to join you all.

I will keep sukiwa updated on this.

Sorry guys, would need to drop out even though I had voted for 20th. Need to visit in-laws during that weekend. Was really looking forward to being part of my first meet. Hope there are more such meets in near future.

Lets keep the Lake on the Palm Beach road as the meet up point. Unlike the area after the Toll Plaza, folks from Vashi and other areas can come here easily and it is on the way as well. Link to Google Maps.
