10 confirmed members + 8 tentative members is no doubt a good number for the meet. Now we need to answer the below FAQs for everyone's benefit.

1) Is this a day drive or overnight stay?

2) Are we going on 1st or 2nd June If its a day drive?

3) Where is the assembly venue and at what time?

4) Which route?

5) Who is the captain and who is the sweeper?

6) Is everyone driving on their own or two pool-in together? (Especially for the ones planning to drive alone)

7) Do we have a contact database of all those who are driving for ready reference?

Day Drive

2nd June. Since few have mentioned that particular date while others are fine with 1st and 2nd. So 2nd June would be the ideal date

BHPians starting from Cochin can meet somewhere near Vytilla. I would say somewhere near Wyte Fort hotel and take the Maradu route. Time would be around 7am.

4) Which route?
Same route as Dhanush mentioned I suppose. Me not familiar with the route.

5) Who is the captain and who is the sweeper?
Someone who knows the route well can be the pace car. IMO, Dhanush will lead the way.

6) Is everyone driving on their own or two pool-in together? (Especially for the ones planning to drive alone)
As of now everyone confirmed to bring their own rides. Big brad can join anyone in case he is unable to get his car.

7) Do we have a contact database of all those who are driving for ready reference?
We can share our phone numbers through PM. Guess only new members wont have our numbers. Once we have the list ready, we can share it. Since the numbers touched double figures, guess it wouldnt be a problem to PM each and share the numbers.

Good. We have just two questions open. Trying to add what I could.

4) Below is the preferred route as planned along with Dhanush and others earlier.

Vyttila - Thrippunithra - Kolencherry - Muvattupuzha - Vazhakkulam - Thodupuzha - Muttom - Erattupetta - Teekoy - Vagamon (Approx 108KMs and 3 hours driving)

7) Naveen - please populate the contacts against the list and highlight the missing ones. (I am sending my number in PM).

I am looking forward to drive a bike to our trip, Hope it doesn't rain. If it does, my next option would be to hop into somebody's car or cancel the trip.

I can take the responsibility of being the sweeper. Its been some time since I travelled in that route, however I believe MMI would help, in case my memory does not serve me right.

Muttam area had rains and you can expect it. I would suggest you join one of the guys starting from Kochi else you should be geared well for rain ride. But bit risky considering the terrain of this route.

Vaisakh is our inhouse photographer. He's loaded with a proper DSLR. Moreover, we do have other amateur photographers (like me) equipped with phone cams
