Guys one quick warning. When you search the net, there's one option of going to Andhakaranazhi through Kumbalangi model tourism village. I tried that route today being coaxed in by "model tourism village" and all.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I wanted to go to Marari beach but had to drop it half way through. The roads are shattered. Full of pot holes. The traffic is terrible to say the least and then to add insult to injury, the road doesn't connect because of an incomplete bridge at the end of it. So i had to do a detour to hit the coastal road losing precious time and at the end of the day, reached nowhere by sunset and so returned back home with a kit of Prawns.

So the best way to go is via kannamali

By the way, that brings me to the point of prawns which you can get at good bargains enroute when you are crossing those prawn cultivation fields.

( I don't know a thing about photography - I'm one of those lazy fellows who leaves all the settings in auto and lets the camera do all the work!! )

Yes, we do need to get the plans for the drive finalised, Skyline GT-R had posted a couple of route maps to Arthungal. I think the coastal route might be more scenic right? (have not gone through this road, merely guessing) Well, guys, what do you say??

Sadly, i wont be able to attend the meet if its on the 5th.. IF the meet was on the 12th or so )that is, any day excluding 4th, 5th and 6th, i could have guided u all to the place, via kannamali, since i reside at kannamali
