Yeah JayDboy , Why worry bout parking space for 3 cars , haven't seen this kind of planning for one of those drives we used to do with 10+ cars

We had quick meet in Cochin (panampally nagar) finally.

Members
josejoseph -M800
naveen.raju -Swift
s3va -Palio
soccerfan -Punto
vaisakhr -Indica

It happened around 5pm. As I finished my little service in carnation I headed for the meeting and I was the first one to reach there. Got naveen's sms after some time. Felt boring as I reached one hour early than the meeting time, so i decided to drive with some loud music. Spotted an X6 during that time near manorama junction. After some time naveen reached with his white eyed beauty and parked our cars on the side ways of the road. When we just started our self intro, soccerfan fan came with his Italian tank. s3va was the most unexpected member in our meet. He came with his nice pal Palio. The meet was complete with arrival of josejoseph and his M800.

We had some nice chat saw an R1, a Humvee, some good moded cars, two ugly moded swifts one in white and the other in red (naveen and me thought taking the pics of them and post in the wacky thread, but as it was running couldn't get a nice shot).

As s3va was in a hurry he left early. Appreciate your effort to join the meet. Thanks for your presence too.

We had discussed so many things, and it continued till the sun was down. Around 6:30 we all headed home.

Thanks you all for coming to the meet, as this is my first meet in Cochin it was really nice.

Anyways, as Vaisakh mentioned, we spotted a lot of cars during the meet.

BMW X6
Hummer H2
Range Rover
Yamaha R1
Merc E Coupe
Modded City (Very neat)
Modded i20 (really wicked and hot)
Two modded Swifts (Thought it was wacky)
Modded Skoda (Neat and simple)

Managed to click Range Rover.

Meets are happening almost everyday. You guys are looking at all the wrong places, that's all.

Why are you guys worrying so much about parking space? On a sunday, cochin streets are almost empty. Heck, we have meets with 40+ cars on a sunday with no parking issues.(pix are not from a tbhp meet btw)

JayD, Appreciate your comments. Some of the guys chipped in at the last moment. Since only few guys showed up, didnt wanna just head out and wait for others. Thought of planning in advance so that everyone can chip in.
Hopefully next time more guys can join in.

Dude, where else are the meets being planned beside the meet section ? the last meet talk in this thread was during the year 2009 !

Next meeting will be put up here. Maybe next month. let's try to bring in more members this time. Once we plan the meet, let's put it here so that other members will be informed. PM is also an option.

I know few guys and they regularly meet in Panampilly nagar. Almost see these rides daily. Awesome rides and appreciate for not keeping the mods simple. Great work guys.!

Hi guys,

Good that you had your meet finally.

I am extremely sorry that I had to drop out (Ok, I never put my name here in the list)!

My daughter's entrance coaching was scheduled for Sundays at Changanacherry between 0845 and 1540 hrs. When this was shifted to Saturday permanently, I thought I can attend the meet.

But my daughter put a bomb when she said that she has tuition on Sundays between 1600 and 1800hrs, every Sunday.

So it is going to be a little tight for me to attend evening meets even on Sundays.

Any working day evening I would be free as my driver would be around for driving duties. On Sundays apparently in the morning would be the only free time for me. On Saturdays, I would be back from Changanacherry (have to take my daughter for her entrance coaching) only 1630hrs.

I don't expect any overnight journeys in the coming months.
