what a meet was it ! ! !

That was an awesome meet.
there were 7 cars and 10 of us and a drive of around 170 km in total.
the list:
.avinash(mobike) in his red viva, its a red car a t-bhpian would love to have. i didnt have my ride this time, so hopped into this beauty.
.the queen, Naveen's palio S10, kevin wouldnt drive that long i guess, so he also came along with naveen
.two red palios: one petrol, belonging to shiva(winsurfer) and a deisel, belonging to satish appasani. (both the reds were drooling over the queen )
.the pocket rocket, suren's santro zip plus. sagar(furious) didnt get his license yet, so came along with suren. (oH!!! is yet to learn driving also)
.the goldie, an OHC of mahesh(kutlee)
.the oldie(it did 1.4 lakh km on the odo), a zen DI of vijay krishna(zenopio)

P.S. a complete report and pics would be posted in the next comming few days.

Naveen, cant imagine you drove your S10 in a disciplined manner while coming back I loved our onward drive a lot, it was fantastic. I reckon only you and me had a point to prove

I only regret having to leave early, but otherwise it was a fabulous time with you guys. I came to know, Kevin is doing the meet report !!!

@Kevin, buddy, waiting for the report to hit the forum at the earliest.

@Raj, cant wait to see the pics, please send them to me at mobike008 at gmail dot com

So when is the next meet??????

Thanks guys

Guys, need to thank you all for making this meet happen, especially Raj (kkrk2k) for the co ordination and Naveen.kk (as himself) for the location.

Special thanks to the rest of the guys too for being the good friends that you'll are... (hey does this sound like I've just recieved an Oscar or a Grammy). Oh well did wanna break into a song on seeing the location.

Man I should tell you guys that a whole load of pix and videos have been taken by both kkrk2k and furioussphinx. Hope to see them soon.

@kutlee have woken up buddy thanks for the wake up call.

@kcmc & zenopia: nice to have met up with you guys. Hoping for much more meets in the near future

How was the rest of the drive for you guys, back home i.e? Well I did go home and was wondering if the meet did continue to the wee hours like it did the last time.

Great outing. Had lots of fun. Sorry guys, i had to ditch you on the return journey. I had a blast. I kept checking my rvm for a Santro influenced by some spirits and blasting music. Now you guys understand why i was not willing to booz the whole day. Driving gives me more kick than any spirit out there.

It would have been more fun if the lunch was cut short and spent more time going to some scenic locations. It was fun driving through those lonely road in the forest during the noon.

Yes, we are waiting for the pics and videos.

Good to know you had a blast on your way back too....

With regards to your checking the rvm, trust me, am sure you need'nt have checked more than once, for you were miles ahead for me to catch up with you... After all we are talking of a 1.9 ltr engine with a puny 1.1 ltr.

Well spoke about the spirit of Driving Satish after all that is what binds/brings us together.

Guys. I have all the respect for Navin's driving. Keep it up mate.
Better teach our Furious guys some driving!!!
the drive was test drive for me. I found the following to be done. Get fatter tyres. Replace the airfilter. Install V-cool. Sparks seems to be OK.
End of financial year. Have to do something to save some tax!! Then do the minor mods!!
Suren, give me the address of the bumper moddor you know. Might be useful.
To the people who have taken photographs,
Please upload the full size images to some rapidshare locations please. I need a few photos out of that.
