The Menu you posted did not come across like that.
IIRC :
4 pm at a TBD restaurant for tea and snacks
5 pm to a beach not frequented by tourists
At dark, to a TBD restaurant for dinner

If there was a hint of an invitation, would have gladly accepted so that ALL of us could drop in and meet local BHPians.

But, we cancelled the plan.

That's our normal protocol, we visit empty beaches unknown to tourist crowd. That way we get ample and free parking. Checkout out our last meet.

The post did say "Attendees are welcome to pick one or two or all items from the above menu, depending on the convenience. If you are very busy, try to make it for at least one of them." We usually finalize the restaurants and final location on the same day. Only time/day is provided so that folks can mark it on their calendar. Anyway, before we could develop the plan, we cancelled it.
