This one is such a mega meet. No wonder the easy access to the locations between the cities of Pune and Mumbai makes Lonavala an ultimate choice for such meets. Neither too far not too close. Just about right.

Glad to see a good turn out for this meet. Keep that coming. The lineup has car from nearly every segment.

What a fun meet this was!
Preparations were on and excitement was in the air since last few weeks to meet fellow BHPians!
From the Mumbai side meeting point was after Kalamboli Toll naka at 6.30 A.M.
Despite being a Sunday most were bang on time and excited to meet fellow members.
After a smooth drive , reached the venue Mapro Gardens around 8.15.
Gates opened after 45 minutes and the meet and greet continued amidst lovely Pizza's, sandwiches and of course strawberry,
A wonderful meet with lots of memories to cherish.
Hope to catch everyone in the next one!

Thank you for collecting the pics, it was indeed a high energy meet. I believe, I was the only one with a Blue car, and it was the only one of its kind there. (I know there was an Avventura too, but, i'm partial to VW for now.) The JTP triplets are awesome, and it was fun listening to their comparo, especially since they bought it from the same dealer a few months apart.

Bunch of new cars got fawned upon, and some folks with mods/ upgrades got their time in the sun too.

I got to put faces to a lot of people I've only interacted with virtually, and meet some of the same old faces again. A few surprises like our member from KL were the icing on the cake.

Maybe Blackswap or some other member could keep this initiative on a timer and ensure a regularly scheduled mega meet stays in place.

A kind word of mention for the Mapro folks: You ran out of coffee, but you preempted our sandwich orders, and didn't fuss about our parking. So, Thank You for taking our money.

P.S. Neither batmobile (Mumbai or Pune) turned up, but we did find a batman in our midst. He is hidden in the pics so far, perhaps one of the paparazzi can share a better one highlighting him.

It was my first meet and I must admit I enjoyed every bit of it. It was indeed a mega meet. It was a good experience to talk to those BHPians in person whom I had only known virtually by their team-BHP handles before the meet. So many cars and energetic BHPians really made this event big ad significant. I hope that next meet may take place soon.

I miss all of this. This is what it is about, meeting like-minded people, nobody is judging anyone. It's just about coming together having some fun, talk about your cars, talk about life and move on. I definitely miss the people the most that I met through this forum and the meets. Cheers guys.

The JTPs were indeed the highlight of the meet. No no Kanad, don't worry the Abarth is still the highlight of the forum! It is faster than all three JTPs at once however not if you drive it ;-)

Thanks for such a prompt meet and at a good location. My first Team BHP meet and it did not disappoint. Although, I was looking forward to Ben Affleck's and Christopher Bale's Batmobile.
None of the real and surreal batmobile turned up for the meet.

Like minded people, with old school friend kind of conversations with good food is a Sunday well spent. Looking forward to many more.

People contemplated climbing on the Trees, Big containers and also throwing a member's iPhone to get drone like pics. But there is always a next time.
