Well had a discussion with most of the people who had an issue about the dates & it's been decided that we shall keep it on the 1st of May only since majority of the others have no problem with other dates. And most members apart from Gogi will be able to attend.

We started with a particular date and went on and on till some of us had a problem with that date, so we went on and on about the next date till some of us had a problem with that (the next) date. So then we went on and on about both dates till we found that someone had a problem with both the dates ( read as me). Therefore to clear confusion may i make a humble suggestion: which is;
Can we have the meet on the 2nd June

Now there are some of us who dont have a problem with the second and the first date but do have a problem with the third date (2nd June) but there are also some of us who do not have a problem with the first date (22nd April)but do have a problem with the second and the third date. Then there are people who have a problem with the first but not the second date but may or may not have a problem with the third date and of course soem of us who have a problem with all the three dates or do not have a problem with no date or have a problem with only one of the three dates but not with the other two. So to further simplify this whole thing may i suggest another fourth date.?? Simple na? How easy it is to simpify complicated matters like this or complicate simple matters like this??!!

Also 1st is an odd day in the middle of no where.. coz monday is not holiday and then tuesday is and then again wednesday is not and then blahhh blahhh blahhh.... Have u managed to find out how many are really in for the 1st since its middle week... Or is it just that some few can make it..
