I have sent a mail to Volvo and asked them to arrange for a group of 15-20 people. Preferred date 14th April.

Will keep everyone posted on teh reply I get from Volvo

Recieved a mail from Volvo- they say our group of 15 would be a bit large. I have suggested that we split into two groups. They will get back to me on the dates.

@himanshu : Sorry i wasnt able to check out TBHP yesterday. Please count me in for the trip. If we do need to go as 2 groups, kindly look into the logistics, and let me know accordingly. My wife may also be interested, so keep the number as 2 from my end.

Update....

Had a word with the guy at Volvo, and he informed me that Saturday will not be possible since Saturdays are holidays for teh PR folks at the plant. Will have to be a weekday.

So guys, give some possible weekday dates and I will take it up from there.
