Guys (mclaren in particular), plz call me regarding the final plans. I wont be able to check TBHP tomrw.

Reason? Logged in on the office comp, as 'Always logged on', and now dont remember the pwd to log in from outside.

my weekend trip is cancelled for now, will be in touch with rudra and see if i can make it.

i have some other un confirmed appointments though, if so will make it later direct to nandi hills

By Saturday evening, the final confirmations list will be put up. All members - especially silent ones - who've not posted on this thread yet but want to turn up, you are obliged to confirm your participation via this thread only. Any personal confirmation SMSes/calls with other BHPian friends is fine, but your names will need to be known here.

People travelling from within the city would meet up at Mekhri circle ( near the IAF gate ). People taking the ring roads would meet up a little after the hebbal flyover where there is a petrol bunk to the left hand side so that we can fill fuel and then leave together from there... the timings however needs to be decided.

Guys travelling form various parts of the city who are going to meet others before heading to Mekhri circle, if you could put up the points where you guys are planning to meet up, that would be of help to people travelling from similar areas as they might need a ride or directions and they can ask you for help.

Similarly can we have a list of people who have confirmed and the cars that would be coming...

Please also sync up with one of the Organizers so that they know which of the meeting points you will be turning up.

In fact, suggest the "list admin" also add where each of the folks will be turning up, otherwise afraid we will miss out a few...
