The Goa National Meet- II. When can you make it?

I'm in for any of the 3 dates, that you've posted but have voted for option 1 there. Just make sure we have a decent number of people attending.

I'm in for any date as long as it's known to me by atleast this weekend. I've voted for the 1st option.

I've definitely started to think as Steer but with all due hopes and prayers of this being NOTIONAL.

Ok, here's my bit for this. I'm going to contact the Delhi members (The regulars, that is) and see what numbers we can rustle up. But first we need to finalise a date, I think the best option is 7-11th since the later we do it the hotter it gets.

Let's make one more effort to make this happen, let me see what I can do. MCL/V1p3r - Can you take care of Bangalore numbers please?

And let's finalise the date as 7-11th June, once and for all.

Yes, yes and yes!!! Let's freeze the dates & forget about the moaners. There is always going to be somebody complaining about the dates anyways. I'm going to get numbers from the Delhi people for this date only.

Can't make it on any of these dates... basically June/ July is out for me... June is in Sikkim. July is in Kerala... August I am game!! But I know this won't wait for that long

Guys, I won't be able to make it under nay circumstances on those dates .... JUST NO WAY I CAN , even though I wud have luved to !!!

Though Ill see last min if I can just land up ... just a try !!!

Whats the point in a 6 or 7 pax national meet? We did that last year to kick-start the process.

If the numbers are dwindling, that is not progress - we should logically have had more participants this year.

I suggest we postpone this till we have sufficient numbers. At least 30-40 pax.

So, why make it if it's again going to be just a mini meet?

As for the numbers, There're about 5 of us excluding Steer from Kerala. Nobody is able to confirm it as long as the dates are not firm.

As we have gone thru many postponements, I suggest somebody please co-ordinate with Mumbai, Delhi, Bangy, Chennai, Kolkata and rest Bhpians and start all this afresh. Yes, this meet seems more like a Notional and we need a proper re planning.
No offence. Just my thoughts.

Well .............................. Now the dates have been decided haven't we ?? I would still be surprised if people dont post up .. Also I was of the opinion that we were going to do this irrespective of who came or didn't ?? Waiting like this would only mean more postponing ..
