Hi all!

Some guidelines to all planning to attend this meet.

We will be a bit far from civilization and shops. Please carry your personal needs with you. Especially Medicines, cigarettes etc...
Cellular network is a possibility but never rely on it.
Make sure your car is in good condition. Especially Wipers!
Get ready to rough out a bit as there will be about 20+ crazy BHPians and only 3 Rooms! I have a sleeping bag and tent. I can sleep in ma car too!
Please carry some loose change for whatever expense we need for food, tea, coffee, water etc.. something close to 500Rs wil do I think.
Please carry your own booze! Beer included.
You are welcome to carry some snacks, biscuits, soft drinks etc..
Those who like fishing, please bring your fishing rods. You may get hooked! Last I heard, some cars will be in the river if not fishes.
Those who are interested in going for a safari in the jungle may wake up early and try to wake others but not me.
Those planning to cross Electric fences may do so and you are welcome to bring back some power with you too.
Once again, we meet at Coimbatore Race course, near coffee day between 10am and 11am. Steeroid will be glad to run over his truck on all those who arrive late.
Vegetarians be happy! There will be specially prepared Dal palak for all.
We won't be sitting in one place after we reach the venue. Lots of jungle/hill driving in rains can be expected.
Fill up your car's tank with as much as fuel. This is more important than our own tanks.
All the cars are expected to have some sort of MP3 stereo system. You will know about this when we split after the meet.

That's all I can think of other than what was posted earlier. Please add on to this if any.

have fun guys! drive safe. like Zak said, check whether the wipers are working, carry a dubba of Brake Fluid, coolant if required and some type of glass cleaner (eg: Colin). check whether the car(s) is(are) in working condition

I reached Salem. 197km in 3hr almost => good road.Excellent till Kaveripattanam,then single lane and road widening after Dharapuri.

You need to turn from Thoppur to go via salem. This route should save you some kms or come via Salem. Do gimme a call if its via salem.

Yes, JK is certainly close. Not only blue baleno but blue camera (which is now lost), blue jeans (never seen him wear any other colour), blue T's all the time, beats up people black and BLUE and an everlasting dream to act in a blue (you know what). He wishes to turn the whole world blue, now I better run before he tries to beat me and turn me blue. Sumit, like said its Zoosheey not joshi.

PS: Seems to be a problem. Folks are travelling with me to hosur tomorrow at 5am. Condor, what time are you planning on reaching hosur? I should be out by 6:30. Can meet you there directly.
