If you get atleast 2 positive replies, then it's time to go forward and plan things. But, make yourself (and maybe some friends) ready first by deciding that you are going to do this even if nobody comes. That'll make you organise and plan out things better.
So, I would suggest you decide either the venue or date first. If 14th july is the date confirmed for this, then be it. And don't change it due to some very silly reasons. Yes! if it is something serious, then of course you may.

Then it's time to decide a venue/destination. Consider everybody's budget and act according to it. I would suggest an overnight thingy if it's possible and You've got some proper accommodation.

As said earlier, Tenmala is a great location for a day trip or an overnighter. Why would a full blown waterfall be boring? Or taking a dip below it? And spending hours enjoying the beauty of each drops while talking cars! Atleast the drive won't be boring. But be careful of the rainy season. The area is quiet known for it's bad behaviour when it gets too much of water (thanni).

ok since 16th of june meet turned out to be a very boring day and with no one making any returns calls meet had never taken place i am sorry for inviting everyone.

I'm just back home. Was a very tiring and worked up day.
I'm the host of the so called guests and I couldn't get to atleast visit them today. They had to spend most of the day getting bored at the hotel doing nothing.

Guys! I am very sorry I couldn't answer your calls or call back. I sincerely apologise to all those who have called me and I couldn't respond to. I know, I was wrong but I just couldn't do so due to some very urgent matters which happened just out of the blue. I know you guys are going to be very angry for this.
But, please try and understand. lease:

We had our car packed up and ready for our trip to Trivandrum (it still is, as I haven't found time to unload it either). But we were unfortunate to start off the journey.

But, I promise you. We will have a blast in our next meet. And I am sure it is going to happen soon. Even if not, we have a huge one happening on July 14th anyway. Right?

There's a rare chance of us coming to Trivandrum tomorrow. But it is looking a bit tight now. Will confirm with Xinome/NikhilV12 tomorrow.
