Guess I'll have to hitch a ride with one of you guys. Since many are coming with wives and family, how about we keep the daru part for later? We can meet up in the evening and partay!

@Planet - you forgot the color of my Swift???? Sunlight Copper (now try and figure out whether its "Sunlight" or "Copper" i.e. Yellow or Orange )

@Rudra da - would be glad to pick you up, if required. Just let me know the place and I'll come down.

@Shuvd - have u disposed the oil-burner already? guess it will be the "Fat Silver Car" this time?

OK, so no "fat silver car" this time... you can come with me, provided of course you have the patience of sitting in a car where gear shifts happen at 2500 RPM and Top Speed is 80km/hr

@ wimwian - now i remember! . boy! you are in big trouble. the octy is known as the "Silver Bullet" and not the fat silver car. it actually the Silver car with Fat tyres. shuvd's gonna be mad at you.

@ shuvd - i hope the Silver Bullet makes it to this meet. we missed her in all the meets except the 1st one.

Having some electrical problems with the Silver Bullet. The new battery is completely dead and the security light is always on when it should be blinking. Going to the workshop tomorrow.

He he, I think that was the idea...

No hard feelings @shuvd, just pulling ur leg a bit. "Silver Bullet" it is, no two ways about it!! Do try and get it for the meet, haven't had a chance to ride it yet.

@ shuvd - try to bring her to the meet. your octy's garage definitely needs better pics. Rudra da will definitely help you on that.

Guys, if you're planning to shoot cars, please look for open space then. As open space, I mean no trees or constructions around. I'm not saying that a car won't look good in city background but it depends greatly on time of the day and location.

Also please try keep your car clean before any shooting.

Azad hind is the place to go for for this. My earlier 1100d gallery was shot there. Otherwise you can shoot at a variety of backdrops but the problems really begin when one begins "placing" the cars and then placing the photographer. It gets a little Awkward in Kolkata, but you can try Rajarhat (but with the blazing sun at about the time of the meet, not sure).

Hows the Silver Bull?

Looks like it's gonna be my Santro and not the Phoenix. Don't think it will be road-worthy by Sunday. But no biggie... there will be other meets

@blackpearl : nice pics!
