after moral said "Grande punto pictures" we didnt see any grande puntos.. The plant visit was great! special thanks to moral and karl!
Smart catch Shrivz, last thing I expected was you asking me to show you pictures .

@MPower, they are keen on getting the engine + transmission plant ready by July 2008 as per what Mr. Giovanni mentioned. This unit will be producing the 1.3 JTD engines for their range of vehicles and mainly for Tata. The Punto will be launched only after that plant is ready and he was very keen on announcing this to us. We saw a few good cars around like a chopped Palio Weekend converted into a flat bed truck.

EDIT: karl's just looking to buy an old mini cooper!
He isn't! I am if the price we assumed is true LOL!

I'll post some more interesting pictures tomorrow from the assembly line. Sorry if the Punto joke was heavy on you guys.

@1100D, we know how the Strada looks. This one was not the Strada, this was a chopped Palio Weekend. Done using some axe.

Ishan, if you are on this thread, can you suggest an upsize please?

The 1.1 Fire engines as well as the 1.6 Torque engines are imported from Argentina. Long quest to find out finally showed me this box that contains 2 engines per box protected in thermocoal:

Sure Superavi, I had 3 caps of which one went to Ram. I will give you one too. We can go whenever you organize a Pune team-bhpians drive.
