Guys,

Looking at the poor (read 2 guys) turnout from mumbai and the time the other guy wants to leave it makes more sense in cancelling /rescheduling this meet.

Count me as out as there is no fun leaving town at 10.00am in the heat & traffic and then driving alone till Karjat and back.

Hey Paras,

If you confirmed earlier it would have been on. i had sent you a PM also to which have not recd a reply. How do you expect a meet to take place without confirming and posting the night before at 11.46pm.

Next time kindly provide your contact nos if you are serious & keen to join in and do inform in advance in case you do not have net access.

Even though the meet was cancelled, we Pune guys managed to go for a drive.
MF and Karl were busy with Fiat Rally so they reached CPR at around 10AM or so, i donno, I reached there a bit late. 1self was already there.
Then Me, MF and 1self were checking out 1self's spanking new oober ICE setup ! Boy, that guy has spent some serious money on it. I wont reveal the details as he himself wishes to do so
Then we three went for a spin in his car, on returning, Shrivz arrived in a short while in grand style. We could guess his arrival by the elite exhaust note.
Karl was busy with other FIATwale. Unfortunately he couldnt join us, Sorry Karl, couldnt even say Hi to you :(
Then we 4 proceeded and parked 2 cars nearby and then proceeded to Lavasa City in ShrivZ Baleno and 1self's Elantra.
I was lucky to get a ride in his elantra, he was like a kid with a new toy. hehe. Enjoying the new ICE and the car, he was throwing her around the corners mercilessly but she accepted the challenges gracefully.
We reached Lavasa entrance, and then returned from there.
We came to where the cars were parked, MF immediately disappeared in his Palio as he had to leave for Mumbai. After that Me, Shrivz, 1self proceeded to Oasis for Lunch, had a nice long, chat and lunch and then dispersed from there.Shrivz dropped me where my car was parked, from there he went his way, i came home. After some time, i left with parents to Ranjangaon.
Just returned, and posting this report.I am not a pro at writing such reports so kindly consider my mistakes if any

Ok here are some pics,
Mulshi Dam, water overflowing the section of dam under repair i guess

No idea what was going on there !

Even though the Meet was scrapped, we 4 managed to make a meet/drive happen somehow
From Left - 1Self, Myshelph , Moralfibre, ShrivZ

1self's Elantra,

Sorry folks did not join you guys for lunch. Hope you guys enjoyed it. I enjoyed my drive to Bombay. Empty roads - a perfect recipe to taste freedom. Imagine an ALMOST empty expressway. Wow!

Not Mulshi dam. Its some other dam. I don't remember the name either.
