We are getting one small ice box which can hold 3-4 packets of ice cubes but that wont be enough.

Great...i was gonna say that coz by `us` i meant me ,aZa and the gang.
And yes all the thekas are open tomorrow.

Doc_Death will get 4-5 packets of ice cubes in a small ice box and am also bringing a Ice box...big enough to hold 5-6 bottles of beer.
Have already purchased plates,glasses and forks. (50each)
