Bangalore Movie Meet: Transformers

Hey,

I was just talking to s0uljah, Jay, memo, mcl, and some others. We all watched a horrible version of Transformers, and would really like to see it on the big screen. So we thought, why not make a meet of it?

I'm thinking sometime next week...so how many of you are in?

And you can't really give excuses like 'I don't have a car' or 'It's too far away'. It's just 3 hours on one night.

Or what you think is a DVD print, since there doesn't seem to be one...

It is a disgrace to watch a camera print of any movie. Especially if it's a new and fun movie. Apart from the fact that it's piracy.
If it is next week, I will join you.

I'm in.

Not so much for the movie as for a chance to meet up with you all.

Ah, looks like Samji will probably be joining - let's work our dates around to accommodate him.

Mods note: Post merged.

Sir, do you think an action movie about big robots will be mature and inspiring? We know it's kiddish!! That's why we're going!

it's actually got a history going back 25 years. i've been a fan of transformers for the past 15 years and michael bay almost ruined the movie..

it's still a great movie though... setup for one hell of a sequel

So what say, next weekend? Or sometime after the 15th, at any rate?

Can't you extend it till the 26th? We could get to watch some of the fastest saloon cars in the country along with a couple of Evo's and Imprezza's. Our own road to touring car championships or sorts.

Sorry I would never cut my hair in a car, no matter how fast it was.
