If its going to be Vagamon on a Sunday I suggest we start really early. How about a 6 am start from Cochin?

Was just hoping we could get the damping done before then - let me check out the JBL shop since Emperor is busy. I dont suppose the Pit Stop have heard of damping.

Well I think this is a great oppertunity for newbies like me to enter into the real world of TEAMBHP. This forum has helped me a lot in choosing my cars both for personal and official purposes. Now, would like to join you all 'in person' for a more involving motoring life!
I would like to join this MEET to mark my startup with teambhp. Organisers please let me know the details and itinery of the meet so that I can gearup as required. Probably me, wify and 2 kids are the members.

It is time to decide the final plan of action. Ain't it?

Ok. All the guys from Cochin and around, we all have to gather at BTH Sarovaram (Wytefort is getting a bit boring these days???) by 7AM. We have breakfast there and leave to Vagamon by 8AM. Please reach by 7:30am atleast or prepare to be stranded or ran over!
We will try and drive together safely and reach Vagamon with ofcourse, some photo shooting sessions in between. The main attractions in Vagamon is Mottakkunnu and some pine forests. The place is filed with tranquility and peace. We will try and have most of it and unwind ourselves with the cool and crispy air around.
We will have lunch together at some good restaurant/resort. (I am still calling different resorts to make out a deal) Summer sands seems to be a good option with a full course meal coming at 250 rs per head. After lunch we can get together and have some good gupshups while the ladies do their version and kids play around at mottakkunnu.
We will leave when we feel it is enough and reach our homes before 8PM!.

Cochin-Seaport airport road-Muvattupuzha-Thodupuzha-Eerattupetta-Vagamon.

Tips.

Please:

Fill your cars with enough fuel.
Make sure your tyres are fine.
Carry/Buy your own booze.
It will be 250 Rupees per head for the lunch at Summer sands. Please carry this along with you. The lunch is already booked for all those confirmed today. So, don't spoil your stomach and miss out on the delicious meal because, you are going to pay even if you don't eat!
Children below 6 years can have enough free food.
You are welcome to bring in some snacks, cool drinks etc...
Carry some loose change in your pockets to avoid any embarassing situations!
Bring some warm clothing (for children especially) as it may get a bit chilly up there.
Vagamon town is quiet small, so carry whatever you may require from here.

That's all I can remember now. Rest, I will get in touch with all coming thru phone/SMS. Please forgive me if anything is overlooked.

Are petrol pumps open early in the morning - I meant the Sarkari Supplyco pump where I normally top up. If not I need to fill up now.
