You can always call him and put him on speakerphone. He never disappoints.

Ishan ke kaan mein oinment dalna zaroori hai. You will feel much smoother when you sit and your back side won't hurt .

When you pay at the counter, please collect the orange sticker tag with your name on it. Stick it on your shirt so people will know who you are.

I have made stickers for the ones who i know are confirmed. Apart from this I have made 10 blank stickers. If (for some reason) your name is not on the list, take a blank sticker tag and use the provided marker pen to write your name.

If you've brought a friend (even if he is not a member), please write your friends name on a blank sticker tag, that way your friend will not feel out of place and we will know what his name is.

But what if you are MoralFibre and don't remember your name by the time you reach the venue?

Final Instructions for meet

When you enter Viva Paschim, the restaurant is one floor up. As soon as you reach the restaurant - the cashier is immediately on the left.

Please tell him you are from Team-BHP, point your name out on the sheet. He will give you your sticker tag and you will pay him Rs. 450/- by cash or by credit card.
If you are a last minute entrant OR if I have made a mistake and not written your name on the list, ask for a blank tag with no name and write your name in bold on it.

Please pay Rs. 450/- to the cashier even if you just intend to drop in to say hello and don't intend to eat or drink. You can bring your own liquor. You will be responsible for your own bottle. Soda and regular soft drinks are included. If you need juice or Beer, you will have to pay cash to the waiter when you order.

There will be an assortment of veg and non veg starters and dinner. Including Bombil pakoras. Yummy.
The place is small but well organised with restaurant style seating. There is seating for about 24 people at a time. This is sufficient since many of us will be standing and talking.

Please arrive by 8.30 pm.

A music system with auxilliary jack has been organised, please feel free to bring any MP3 player/iPod/mobile phone with a headphone out.

Please do follow all instructions, especially payment so we can all have a wonderful time without wondering about the payment and the bill.

At the end of the party, we will tip the service. We will collect this tip from everyone present. If you are pleased with the service and feel sorry for the ruckus we make, an acceptable tip is about Rs. 50/- per person. I will collect it from you, put it all together and hand it over to the captain. Of course this is optional. It is not mandatory to tip, but the service will appreciate it.

Thanks guys, lets have some fun.

I'm in too, and I hope there is enough place for me
Looking forward to meeting all of you, many for the first time.

I'd be coming from Thane by public transport and going back to Vashi again by public transport.
Of course, if someone could give me a lift it would be great.

So, if anyone is coming from Thane/Mulund by his own vehicle and is willing to take me along, please send me your number by PM ?
