Bangalore tbhp meet : Big drive of the herd

Its been a while since the last great drive of the Bangalore herd + 1 lady. Therefore, it is time. After much deliberations, the venue and date have been arrived at; their details below.

Everyone please do attend. Those of us who are confirmed put up your names here. The rest; if you reconsider -with the 3 weeks of lead time available, put up your confirmations here then.

Date: 4-Nov-07
Day: Sunday
Destination: Nandi Hills (drive)
Breakfast and Lunch: Woodrich Resorts (base of Nandi Hills)
Time of gathering: 0630 Central Bangalore Time
Place of gathering: Mekhri Circle
Agenda: Breakfast at Woodrich. Drive up to Nandi. Drive down for lunch at Woodrich.

Points to note about Woodrich:

1. Very good food
2. Recreational facilities for those that wish to utilize them
3. Booze on the expensive side. Recommended to buy outside, and dump in their fridge during breakfast to be later consumed during lunch.

" ADDENDUM:

Woodrich Enclave costing:

Price per person: Rs. 400
Price Inclusive of: Breakfast, Veg/Non-veg Lunch (buffet), Coffee+snacks, Use of its recreational facilities.
Booze is not included. IMPORTANT point to note: Pl bring your own booze; Woodrich has agreed to lend us the services of their fridge to store it.

Do note that the above rate is a special corporate rate that is originally available to a large IT firm that uses this resort regularly. Thanks to Riju for this. "

Guys we are trying to work out breakfast, lunch and coffee with snacks at the same resort (Woodrich Enclave) for a reasonable price.

We need confirmations by the 2nd of Nov' max. so that we can work out the budget with the management.

Also those who wanna drop out the last moment , kindly ensure that you pay your share and then ditch us.
Coz the prices will be for the complete group and no other person will be willing to pay your share.

Will put up the costs per head by tomorrow evening.

Please only post your confirmations here, would be easier for us to keep track.

Those cant make it, its ok there is always a next time.
