without a cheap guest : micro-mini meet (4-5 members);

with other cheap guest : mini meet;

with SAM as cheap guest : planned mini meet turns to mega meet.

Guys one suggestion needed, was just thinking that to simplify matters, let's make this a BYOB (Bring your own booze) meet, what say? Will relieve some hassles for us since everyone can get what they want to drink while mixers & Ice can be arranged at the venue itself.

, it would surely simplify things. everyone could chip in and go dutch on everything else as well. i dont know the format followed ishan, this would be my first meet so just voiceing my thoughts.

Speedy - Earlier we used to arrange for the liquor, mixers & food so at times things got a little weird as we would have excess liquor left over & all that. This time however, since everyone can get their own that won't be an issue.

All the other costs (Food, Mixers etc.) will be equally divided among all members & they'll pay that upfront.

you could also do it this way who ever confirms PM's his choice of mixer so that there is no access or nothing falls short.
