About that engine KJS college used
I read somewhere that the "formula car" built by KJS College used a Honda CBR 600cc F4i engine. Any idea how they sourced it and how much did it cost?!

Gordon - Go through the thread again, I remember reading one of the members being part of the team who built that car. You can probably get the most accurate information from him.

It is a F4i engine. These things go cheap abroad, sometimes as low as $500. All you need to do is be able to get it through customs. Here they are difficult to find. Extremely. Especially 600s and with FI. A good way to start is either to find a crashed bike, or an older bike for cheap. Take what you want, and sell rest of the spares. I know somebody who paid about 1.8L for a 600RR engine, with everything. But engine needs a rebuild.

These guys were bound by rules to use 600cc engine. If you are not, you maybe able to compromise for something cheaper.

The photos here are not exactly pertaining to a Team-BHP meet, however it pertains to a 4 days activity in which a lot of BHPians were present.

Now when I say Pro Photographer, I don't mean studio quality shooting. In any case "Team-BHP" standards of photography are very high.

When I say pro photographer, I mean the guy who was paid to run around taking photos all day, unlike the rest of us who were just there to have fun. So don't analyze the quality of the photography. Enjoy the mood and the spirit.

I will post the pictures in small batches. There are WAY too many to post. Everyone was posing and having fun.
