guys we should move out by 10:00 least.. Traffic gets really really bad. So Please be in by 9:00 if possible, Earlier the better.

Nosfreak, it is saturday and if everyone can join at HAND before 10:00 AM that should be ok. From Hand junction, there will be very less traffic.

some jottings:
1. check air preasure in all the tyres, including the stepney.

2. Tank up. Don't calculate like 150 kms will drink 10 liters and fill 11 liters.
Keep your tanks above the 3/4 mark.

3. A towel comes in handy.

4. Fill up the windshield wash.

5. Clean your car. A clean car looks nice and gives better milage.

6. Before leaving your house, go to the loo.
OK so nothing is coming out, take your time, patience helps.

7. If driving with young kids, keep some biscuits.

8. old water bottles, filled with tap water.
so you stamped some sh-t and want to clean your shoes.

9. vehicle papers, puc and stuff.

10. don't indulge in racing. Speeding is a lot of fun, racing not always.

11. if its your first trip on the highway
do not overtake from the LEFT.
do not get off the road, you are risking a puncture.
if you cannot appreciate the road, stop, go sit in a ditch and try to thnk of this place before the tarmac got here.

12. any weird sound coming from the car, means something is wrong.

13. never be afraid to slow down.

14. try to have fun, don't try to hard. fun can catch up without you helping it.


and remember this is a short short trip less than 100 kms one way.

An update from my end - Will not be able to make it as I need to catch up on official work. But, will make it to Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital and the Hand Sign, to meet all you people and get back to work.

I had spoken to kkr2k2 and have informed him of this update. Thanks kk2r2 for calling up yesterday night!
