Hi guys - the meetup was good fun - and the meatup, so to speak, was excellent.

Menu -

Grilled chicken with Qaboosh rotis
Chicken Special Biryani (made with Chicken 65)
Kerala Porotta + Mutton Curry

For the vegetarians - Aapam / Porotta and Vegetable Kurma

Now for the photos. I'm restricting myself to just two of our faces and none of the food because the highlight of the meet was a lovely, mint condition Yezdi owned by Srini. More droolworthy than all the food, and I'm sure you'll agree.

ksmrsm, truly said. Friends wont be strangers, and the purpose of the meet was to be friends and to put faces to the handles.

Ouch. I didnt mean it as an offense term. In hindsight I should have done a <sarcasm> </sarcasm> around Strange Men, instead of just quoting it.
And if I did feel that way I wouldnt he here enquiring about the meet.

I wonder how people would have reacted if I had made it to the meet and left earlyish saying I want to be with my family before midnight.

We would have been Happy if you had joined us. And we did leave the place much before midnight; at least I did at 2110 Hrs and there were no issues on that. I am sure that the others did not stay back till Midnight. Hope you make it to the next meet that will happen. Enjoy your week.
