An Indian Gumball? Sounds Awesome!!!

I dont think any car should be excluded - the more the merrier I say instead of Delhi why not drive down to Goa instead as the after party in Goa would be something to really look forward to.. IMO the event should be as informal as possible with the main emphasis on fun rather than on finishing first or beating any records. All the participants should be made to halt at Chiplun to regroup after day 1 and have some fun there and again at Goa to celebrate the end of the rally.

Like Arush said a TSD format would ensure no speeding and would make this event a lot safer.

Iv always thought of how perfect an event like this would be. It all depends now on how well you organize it and how many people come forward to participate.

WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!
Just wait a minuite guys. If such an event is done without MAI/or any other motorsport body approval, it is illegal. PERIOD. Irrespective of what you do, if you dont have a major sponsor backing this up, this "rally" will never happen!!

Just to make our stand amply clear : Team-BHP will not have anything to do with an event which has a "first one to get to the finish line" objective on public roads. Call it an endurance drive or whatever else, but it is a race nevertheless. We do not promote rash driving on public roads; such an event will result in exactly that.

It will be futile to continue this discussion any longer. Thread closed.
