BTW, nice to know the number of confirmations. The rooms are now being booked and allotted according to the confirmations.
We've just earmarked 11 rooms for now. Unless RipperGeo get the sms confirmation, it wont be booked.

I have just SMS'd rippergeo and confirmed. I will be coming with my wife and joining Patchyboy who is also coming for this meet from Bangy.

I have googled about the route/distance and just look at this route !

Bangy - 43 - Hosur - 48 - Krishnagiri - 46 - Dharmapuri == 137

Dharmapuri - 26 - Toppur - 23 - Omalur - 17 - Salem == 66

Salem - 24 - Andalur Gate - 26 - Namakkal - 24 - Velur - 22 - Karur == 96

Karur - 29 - Aravakkurichchi - 42 - Agaeam - 10 - Dindigul == 81

Dindigul-16-Sembatti-20-Vattalakundu-14-Devadanappatti-11-Periyakulum-15-Theni == 76

Theni - 28 - Uttamapalaiyam - 11 - (C)Kambam - 8 - Kilagudalur - 14 - Kumili == 61

Kumili - ? - Kuttikanum ( <> 30 )

Now, I am not sure about the route between Kumli and Kuttikanum. That, I think we can findout once we reach kumili.

Total distance could be 550 kms ! Wow that would be longest drive on my car !!

Why have you decided to stay out of the drive??? See! Even the rain gods are angry now. Change/adjust your itenary in such a way that we'll get to see the pearl white 2.2 truck doing it's drift thru the ghats on 14-15 weekend of june. Then, your qusetion might be answered!

12 pages into a drive thread and no post from me :(

Sorry folks, I'm gonna have to miss this one. I'm getting married the weekend after this drive, so well, my usual stories to the family are not going to work. And frankly, at the state of preparation my family is in, it would be totally irresponsible to take off for 2 days on a weekend. Believe me, I'm the guy who's going to feel the worst in the forum for not being able to come for this drive.

I wish you folks a very enjoyable and safe drive.

Post lots of photos & stories!
