so, have started a new thread for our next drive. the initial plan was to do it before the monsoons started. but thats not going to happen.

therefore.....
we shall welcome the monsoon's this year with a drive through idukki and ernakulam, and hope that the monsoon repays us by not destroying the nice roads that are now available for enthusiasts.

well....june 1st is only tentative. and if you're coming all the way from there just for the drive, I'm sure all of us would be happy to push it back by a week.

just that no one has given their date preferences yet, and the discussion doesnt start till some one actually comes out with a number of some sort.

Ofcourse we can change it to the 7th or 8th.

Make this the June 14-15 weekend. I'll be around too. I'm very much tied up before that.
Not a problem if it's difficult. Well, we can drive again soon when 'm there. I'm coming for a wedding (and a break) by 10th or 11th. Will be in India for a month or so.

Route suggestion is to go up via Kothamangalam, neriamangalam, cheruthoni, thookkupalam and come back via the other route. Or go up via Adimali, Aanakkallu, Nedumkandam, thookkupalam and take any other route to come back. Going up and coming down the same route is BORING.:-)
