Inter-State Goa Meet : Aug 16th, Independence Day Week-end

I will be in Goa during the weekend. However, lotsa friends are gathering for a sort of reunion. Also a party at my college (well, I was "educated" in Goa if you know wat I mean

). I will confirm once my schedule gets fixed. However, would it not be a better idea to have this somewhere in North Goa since most of the people will be around there? I will be at Ribandar, so I have a vested interest

I think 9/10 people will probably be booked into NG. I am booked into Osbourne Holiday Resort in North Goa.

Have a wedding to attend on the 16th. As well as my Grandmum's 80th celebrations for which I was originally to goto Kerala.

I am staying at Baga, a good friend rents out apartments there..getting a nice 2 bedroom for aorund 1500 a night..have not been there for years so dont know if its a good price or no..but 1500 for a 2 bedroom sounds like a good deal...
any other suggestions??

We'll be reaching on Friday evening and will be partying nonstop till Sunday noon. We'll start back after that.
