hey guys, don't worry the flood will subside by tomorrow, it because the dams were opened, it's been rain continuously for 4 days. with High winds.Now the rains have stop for more than 6 hour and the water level has gone down so the plan is still on. The flood is not every where it localized to some parts of south goa.Mainly areas close to river banks.

The mad veg drunk mallu will most probably not join us for the drive or the meet. he might be in the country all the same

Meet's still on! I'm gonna be there for sure. There are 4 of us in my car - all guys. So, even if we get held up somewhere, it'll be a good adventure drive.
The road situation seems to have improved and I will use the Amboli Ghat to get to Sawantwadi from NH4.

Hey Guys good news it has stopped raining and sun is sining since morning so ti has been more than 12 hour now with no or lil rain...so the meet is on...by the it was never off...we in goa are use to rains like this.
By is the head count 32 or has it increased.
Road conditions from banglore to goa I think they are good from belgaum, Don't know about the maglore karwar route...
Amboli is usually good with small patches of pothole...

Same situation here. We are 4 guys and i am also looking forward to the adventure. Not the type where we are expected to swim out to safety from floods though
