The original fun of Karim's is only at Jama Masjid, but I cannot imagine TBhp going there because of sheer number of vehicles.

But yes, that can be considered, if all can assemble at CP and after that maybe ride in 1 or 2 trucks rather than taking all the cars.

Don't do it. I drove last week from Jhansi to Delhi and roads at some places are really terrible. Train will be a much better and more sensible option.

My sincere suggestion is to lookout for a place where-in all people along with their families can find themselves comfortable. I might not be able to come along with my wife and kid, but still want the Delhi family meet should be a sweet remembrance in families of our guests, rather then a sour experience.

Just my 2 cents

Regarding Dinner, been to "Have more"-Pandara Road many times. Centrally located, Awesome food, Atmosphere to suit families along with Nice Ambiance.

Excellent suggestion Ashish, I second this....in fact there are two or three good Indian joints there.

Not necessarily the best kebab options but very good food nonetheless.

I just found out that there are 290 members just within Gurgaon itself. Where are these people?

Barbecue Nation in Sushant Lok serves kebabs & buffet for 500 per person. No alcohol though but you can eat till you collapse.

Park your cars & trucks at CP and take the Metro to Chawri Bazaar and walk to Karims. Simbly simble...

its a all you can eat joint for 500 bucks, and they keep serving you kebabs throughout, and they have the grills placed within the table too where they skew it. so its an amazing experience as well. Alcohol is served, but its extra.

Pandara market is actually quite nice when it comes to food.
I know Gulati has great food, but never been to Pindis.

I Will second that. There are few nice places in Pandara market for good food like Gulati. (Am just talking about the Veg stuff being a Veggie so no clues for the Non Veg ones)

Gulati is usually too much crowded and too much loud according to my ambiance flavor, being most popular. However, Pindi and Have-more are among other very good joints.
