I tried reaching Vadodara members. Here is the list of Vadodara members who are willing to be in the meet. The venue for the meet is not yet finalized. Out of all the members, joie-de-vivre ( Dr. Bharat Patel ) is ready to continue to drive till A'bad. Further planning will be done after the final dates are declared.

I will track the route, as discussed with HVK on phone, this week end from Anjali to expressway exit A'bad end to see options for hotels here.

I also did a search of members with Ahmedabad as location, there are 90 people listed!!!!!!!!!!!!
