Dec'2008: Hyderabad Drink Meet

A few days ago, Me and Hillram checked out possibilty of going to the Jethro Tull concert but, the prices are a bit steep 1K and upwards. So let's stick to some booze and food for a lower price

Amit, can you help in converting the TBD to an actual name?

ahhh.. if you think ambience means a lot, a hotel is the best.
if you think its not. Shamirpet Zindabadh, you will pay only MRP booze and tasty tasty food. But since its eveing, its risky driving at late night.

Non-Drink Meet? What is that?

Dude, your the oldest member from Hyderabad and you never turn up for any meet. Even if you dont drink, you can drop in for sure.

There are some folks like that, who dont drink but make sure they make it.

Nick, i am big fan of dhaba food. But, these days the cops have stepped up the checking so it would certainly be a big risk.

And, before you suggest alternate transportation, i dont think we can take an autorickshaw until shamirpet

Rajesh, I challenge you to repeat that name perfectly after you have taken down a few pegs during the meet

BTW, I will be more of a non-drinker as I strictly follow the "Don't drink and drive" rule. So no hard drinks for me this time.

abay....when did this get moved to 3rd? i thought we were meeting on 5th?

i am not in if it is 3rd.....midweek does not work for me.

Yaar, lot of people ain't coming if its friday or weekend. That's why moved it little back. Come on man, we will make it an early event. Don't say NO

How about 6:30pm to 9pm? I think this timing would be great as cops are really making life hell. They stopped me last night but, i got away unscathed

Sorry guys, i just realized that on Dec 3rd, even i can't make it. As on that day it's 1st birthday of my cousin's daughter and he is throwing a bash. I am very very close to him, so i can't miss that.

If its 5th/6th, i am in. Otherwise, i don't want to break the rythm and you folks can carry on Dec 3rd. Apologies for this inconvenience as i was behind my calender

I am sure it would be wonderful change without me as most of you can have a break from "mobike008" as i dont think i have missed a single meet in the past 2 yearscheers:
